Summer school holiday activities galore.
Enjoy great family fun this summer!
Visitors to Albany’s Historic Whaling Station these holidays will be able to take part in a variety of great children and family activities as part of the museum’s summer school holiday program.
As in previous holidays there will be no extra cost in joining the fun once an entry ticket has been purchased, making a visit in January even better value for families looking to beat holiday boredom.
The whale trail will lead kids on a journey to discover unique parts of the industrial factory, while the whale quest has been planned to test hide and seek skills for visitors young and old!
Retired whalers will be available on some days to retell tales from days gone by, and on other days our wildlife keepers will introduce visitors to Aussie animals through public feeding times. Plus, the station will once again round out the program with a free barbeque lunch just in time for the Australia Day long weekend.
The holiday program runs from Monday 7th January until Friday 25th January and with something for everyone to enjoy.
Albany’s Historic Whaling Station is a hotspot for holiday fun this summer.
