Let countdown begin!
Less than 24 hours until our amazing Spring Festival starts!
We are all very excited here at Discovery Bay with our free family fun day less than 24 hours away! Come help us celebrate the launch of the Discovery Bay Tourism Precinct with free entry to our stunning Botanic Garden and Australian Wildlife enclosures.
Come along and enjoy an afternoon of music, dance and circus! Listen to blues legend Moondog J, accompanied by Tony King on bass and Todd Moore on drums, playing funky blend of blues, roots, rock and soul music. Enjoy our local band, Bogans of Democracy, a rabble of Bogans with love for rock and roll classics. The Ukeladies, always dressed for the occasion, play fund sing along songs with gusto.
Be entertained by street performers, face painting, circus acts, dancers and Punch and Judy, brought to you by Southern Edge Arts.
Wander through the stunning spring wildflowers in our Botanic Garden and our friendly native animal enclosures.
This opening event will be followed by a week long program of activities providing educational and fun experiences for all ages with a final closing concert on Sunday 12th October. Entry fees applies Monday 6th through to Sunday 12th. (Does not include entry to the Historic Whaling Station)
